I love the peppermint oil, I use it for headaches and to wake me up during the day when I’m feeling sluggish.

I Just dab a little under my nose, on my temples, and behind my ear. I get migraines and if I feel one coming on the peppermint only will usually stop it or help so it’s not so bad.

Just make sure not to get it to close your eyes, it will definitely make them water. lol
